Working with the technique from Part 3 of the Didgeridoo Dojo Circular Breathing lessons. Like the break-down of the lessons. Feels like I’m starting to get somewhere with the circular breathing — but, it is adding a definite challenge to the “getting my embrasure on”.
One of the reasons is, I’m cheating and working on lesson 4 at the same time as lesson 3. In lesson 4 you basically continue with lesson 3 but on the didge. Thing is, it is a bit of a challenge to get the embrasure back after doing the in-breath. Reason being is that my embrasure for the cheek-squeezing razz-berries on the in-breath different. So getting from one to the other put another challenge in the mix. Not sure if it is a mistake for the embrasure to be different or not. Hence, I’m taking it slow at the moment and just using this as another way to get from “not having the right embrasure” to “having the right embrasure.”
The video from lesson 3 is pasted here in case you’d like to see it. And, if you haven’t noticed yet the notion of “Day” in these articles is based more on learning chunks than 24 hour periods. The appdev and game design is keeping me a little too busy to put as much time as I’d like into the didgeridoo.
